Our Programs
Girls gymnastics
These gymnastics classes are for girls ages 6 and older and designed to maximize fun while learning. Our students are taught and tracked based on the skills they learn on the four main Olympic Events: Vault, Bars, Balance Beam, and Floor.
Boys gymnastics
These gymnastics classes are for boys ages 6 and older and designed to maximize fun while learning. Our students are taught and tracked based on the skills they learn on the six main Olympic Events: Vault, High Bar, Parallel Bars, Pommel Horse, Rings and Floor.
Preschool Gymnastics
Our preschool program is a great way to introduce your little one into a structured class setting. Through play and fun filled activities these classes will enhance your child’s gross and fine motor skills, flexibility, and following directions all while building a strong foundation of gymnastics.
Homeschool Gymnastics
Alpha Omega Gymnastics offers special times during the week with special rates for Homeschool, Co-op, Universal Scholastic Model, etc. families. Classes are offered for kids ages 3 years old – 18 years old.
Competitive Teams
We offer competitive gymnastics teams for both boys and girls. Participation is by invitation or tryout only. Find out more by reading our requirements.
Tumbling
Tumbling classes are for boys and girls ages 6 and up. We have beginner, intermediate, and advanced groups taught by experienced instructors.
Kids Ninja Warrior
Our Kids Ninja Warrior class takes kids through various challenging obstacle courses that will test their strength, flexibility, and agility. This is a great class for kids in other sports to pair up with our program
Cheerleading
Our cheerleading program fosters a love for All Star Cheerleading with a focus on skill building and growth in a low pressure environment.
